The XR Series offers a choice of four large numeric displays with 2 inch, 4.5 inch or 6.5 inch digits and two alphanumeric displays with 3.5 inch or 4 inch digits. Also available with integrated red/green traffic light. These remote displays feature highly efficient LEDs which automatically adjust in brightness to be visible in any lighting condition. Installation time is reduced by plug and play functionality while pre-installed utility programs and a wireless option simplify use further.
The MSI-8000 remote display makes wireless control easy with the ability to operate weighing systems from a distance. The wireless remote display can be used for viewing MSI ScaleCore-based crane scales and dynamometers, including any RF compatible MSI-3460 Challenger 3, MSI-4260 Port-A-Weigh overhead crane scale, or MSI-7300 Dyna-Link 2 tension dynamometer. Both devices are compact and carry an RF effective range of 300 feet (line of sight) and operate on a license-free 2.4 GHz frequency. With user-friendly keypads, standard function keys for both devices include: On/Off, Zero, Tare and Print. In addition, two userdefined keys are included for peak hold, high resolution, total, view total, net/gross, and units switching. Three selectable setpoints come standard in both models, with two of the selectable setpoints utilizing the programmable user-defined keys.

The MSI-8004HD has all of the heavy duty versatility of the MSI-8000HD with the added benefit of extreme high visibility in indoor and outdoor applications. The MSI-8004HD features 1.5-inch high characters on its LED display. The display is available in either red/green, allowing the controller to be clearly visible in many environments. The red/green display can be configured to change color based on weight and setpoint conditions, making the MSI-8004HD a natural fit for safety-critical industrial applications. The milled anodized aluminum, IP65-rated enclosure is mountable in either a direct panel mount or included tilt stand. The MSI-8004HD is highly adaptable for integration with overhead crane weighing systems, providing visibility for crane cab and floor operators. The MSI-8004HD is compatible with all MSI-ScaleCore™ crane scales, dynamometers and TranSend™ systems. The meter version can also be used with any standard load cell or scale base, supporting up to four independent measurement channels.
